for you how we get a motivation, from the others or from our selfs?
when you do some thing, do you wait a "thank you" or no?

sometimes, I do something and I'm really convincing, It means I don't care about others' opinion but in the same time, I'd like to know this opinion just not to be closed on my self and to see things from many sides
so "motivation" is the reason of the action

motivation is an innate quality in the living ,we get up the morning with a level of motivation once this level is good enough to have confidence in oneself and sometimes we need someone or something to remind us of our aim initiative can help us raise our level of motivation
